2. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Digital High5 unless otherwise noted.
Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and content provided to us.
Upon completion of services, Digital High5 grants clients the agreed deliverables, but we reserve the right to use anonymized project details for our portfolio.

3. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any sensitive information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Digital High5 will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Business losses such as loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities.
Delays or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting providers).

5. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

Payment obligations are not met.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed.
